Rep. Stanley Chairs City Council Ad-Hoc Committee on Affordable Housing 

As a Waltham City Councilor, Rep. Stanley is very concerned about the lack of affordable housing available to residents. He currently serve as the chairman of a Council ad-hoc committee on affordable housing created to document actions taken in the city to address affordable housing; identify housing needs and barriers; identify possible solutions; and issue a report on the above.

There is a significant affordable housing crisis in Massachusetts and across the United States. Families and individuals deserve access to safe and affordable housing. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the housing crisis, making it more difficult to provide and find affordable housing.
