What an amazing experience it was being part of the first ever Commonwealth Pride Awards: LGBTQ+ Excellence on the Hill 🏳️🌈
Hosted by the LGBTQ+ Legislative Caucus, the event highlighted great LGBTQ+ leaders from communities across Massachusetts!
I was proud to nominate Jennfier Rose, a long time Waltham resident that has been crucial to the establishment of many Waltham organizations, including Way out in Waltham (WOW), the predecessor to Waltham Pride in the 80’s and 90’s.
