Rep. Stanley circulates letter to support preventing elderly waiting lists for state home care

Rep. Stanley circulated a letter to his colleagues urging Speaker DeLeo and Chairman Dempsey to adopt an amendment to the FY17 Supplemental Budget (H.4506) that seeks to add available FEDERAL COMMUNITY FIRST (CF) dollars to line item 9110-1630 (Home Care account).  The extra CF money will help the state avoid elderly waiting lists for home care.
